What are Insights? It is the power or act of seeing into a situation. In your business you have access to various insights depending on social platform. Insights gives you the ability to see how users are interacting with your profile. I will spend the next few weeks looking at and comparing various social medial insights. Today we will start with Google My Business.
Google My Business (GMB) is a necessary first step for almost all small business' digital marketing strategy. If you are on Etsy or Zazzle GMB won't be as important to you.

How do you know you are getting found locally? Besides Google Analytics, you can check your GMB Insights for information. In the near future GMB Insights will be changing to be more inline with Google Analytics. Today we will be discussing the current Insights and using my page as an example.
